Job Description
Manage all functions within a terminal, including productivity, service, safety, and asset management. Develop and implement business plans, and lead internal staff through individual development plans and goal setting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 5-7 years' experience in transportation management
- Knowledge of transportation operations and laws, federal safety regulations, and maintenance requirements
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Computer proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge of Transportation Software is a plus
