Meet Hub International, a leading insurance broker. We are seeking a Carrier Team Associate to support our insurance carriers and brokers. As a Carrier Team Associate, you will become knowledgeable in the carriers or functions you support, review incoming materials, research questions, and provide clear, helpful information to carriers and internal partners.

Requirements

• Support a defined set of carriers by obtaining needed statements and documentation
• Review and vet incoming carrier documents and route or redirect them to the correct internal teams
• Research questions using several internal systems and follow up to gather missing information
• Provide helpful and professional service by responding to carrier and broker inquiries through email and phone
