Claims Advocate - Professional & Executive

HUB International is looking for a Claims Advocate to join their Specialty Claims Team. The successful candidate will provide interpretation of policy language, coverage analysis, advocacy, coverage and dispute resolution, and act as liaison between clients, adjusters, lawyers and insurance companies.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education (J.D. required)
• 8-12 years of experience handling financial lines claims and related coverage issues within the insurance industry
• Holds or commits to obtain appropriate provincial license within probationary period
• Knowledge and/or experience with professional and management liability lines of insurance coverage with detailed understanding of the following coverages: Directors & Officers, Errors & Omissions, Employment Practices, and Fiduciary Liability
