Client Care Representative - Commercial Insurance Advisor

We are a leading North American insurance brokerage that advises businesses and individuals on how to reach their goals. As a Commercial Insurance Advisor, you will build long-term relationships with clients, help answer client inquiries, and review policy documentation. A day in the life includes assisting producers and marketers with servicing commercial accounts, meeting client needs, and negotiating with insurers on coverage and price.

Requirements

• Level 2 Insurance License or willingness to obtain
• Minimum of one year commercial insurance experience as an Insurance Advisor
• Pro-active and a self-starter with a keen attention to detail
• Strong customer service focus with the ability to deliver positive client experiences and meet their desired needs
• Demonstrated ability to communicate (written and verbal), present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Works well in a fast paced, client-focused environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Industry designation an asset (CIP, CAIB, CRM, General Insurance & Risk Management Diploma – BCIT)
