Client Care Representative – Commercial Insurance Associate

As a Commercial Insurance Associate at HUB International, you will assist producers and marketers with commercial account servicing, meet client needs, and build long-term relationships. You will also negotiate with insurers and provide policy and coverage information to clients. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a strong sense of urgency, minimum one year commercial insurance experience, and a Level 2 Insurance License or willingness to obtain.

Requirements

• Level 2 Insurance License or willingness to obtain
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency
• Minimum of one year commercial insurance experience as an Insurance Advisor
• Pro-active and a self-starter with a keen attention to detail
• Strong customer service focus with the ability to deliver positive client experiences and meet their desired needs
• Demonstrated ability to communicate (written and verbal), present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Works well in a fast paced, client-focused environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Industry designation an asset (CIP, CAIB, CRM, General Insurance & Risk Management Diploma – BCIT)
