Job Description
The Senior Claims Consultant provides interpretation of policy language, coverage analysis, advocacy, coverage and dispute resolution for clients. They act as a liaison between clients, adjusters, lawyers, insurance companies, claims management and other related client services.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of applicable claims handling experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Superior customer service and problem solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
