Job Description
The Account Coordinator position is responsible for accurately entering customer orders, providing timely and accurate communication with customers and HUB team members, and performing a backup role for the Account Specialist during their absence.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Previous experience working in the printing industry (desired)
- Self-motivated, organized, and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet job-related deadlines
- Ability to produce high-quality work with little supervision
- Ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively daily
- Mathematical and analytical skills
- Effective communication with internal customers and other departments
