Payroll Analyst

HubSpot is seeking an EMEA Payroll Analyst to join their global payroll team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of payroll experience with a focus on EMEA payroll processing and compliance. They will own complex payroll processes, drive automation and process improvements, and serve as a trusted advisor to partners across Finance and People Operations.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of payroll experience with a focus on EMEA payroll processing and compliance
• Strong experience managing complex payrolls (e.g., France, Germany) and navigating country-specific regulations
• Experience working across multiple EMEA countries in a multinational environment (required)
• Deep understanding of statutory requirements (tax, labor law, social security, pensions, benefits, terminations, transfers)
• Experience with Workday Payroll strongly preferred
• Experience processing equity transactions (RSUs, stock options, ESPP)
• Experience with expatriate / shadow payroll (preferred)
• IPASS qualification required
