Senior Strategic Accountant

We are looking for a Strategic Accounting Senior to act as a crucial change agent in modernizing our Finance organization. This role is central to driving efficiency and scale by leading the integration and optimization of AI and new technologies across core Accounting processes at HubSpot.

Requirements

• Act as an accounting subject matter expert, working with Product and Sales stakeholders to manage execution of key business changes and system implementations
• Help provide detailed accounting business requirements after thoroughly understanding the current end to end process and goals for the system
• Perform user acceptance and parallel testing to ensure systems meet required specifications
