As a Growth Specialist (Account Executive) on the Enterprise sales team, you will identify, source and close good-fit prospects. Using strong consultative selling skills, you will balance contacting warm inbound leads and driving self-sourced leads for your pipeline, while also partnering closely with internal stakeholders to achieve team goals and work towards HubSpot’s mission to help millions of organizations grow better.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 or more years of managing a full sales cycle (prospecting to close)
- Strong knowledge or experience in SaaS Sales
- Top Producer in current role
- Experience with product demos
- Experience in value-based selling (i.e. The Challenger Sale)
- Positive outlook and strong ability to take responsibility for successes and failures
- Sharp focus on goals and belief in daily, weekly, and monthly activities to achieve them

- Cash compensation range: $165,000-$245,000 annually
