Refrigeration Technician

Join Huck's, a 100% Employee-Owned Company, as a Refrigeration Technician. Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration systems and equipment, and provide technical support to customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a vocational or technical school program in refrigeration or HVAC (preferred)
• Certification as a Refrigeration Technician or HVAC Technician (advantageous)
• Proven experience working as a Refrigeration Technician or in a similar role
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency in reading schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Knowledge of refrigeration systems, food service equipment, components, and principles
• Familiarity with refrigerants and their safe handling and disposal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency service calls as needed
