As a Paid Media Content Strategist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of delivering high-performing paid media content. This role focuses on planning, coordinating, and optimizing digital content through strong processes, clear briefings, and close collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in content development, creative strategy, paid media creative, or performance-focused creative roles.
- Strong understanding of paid social platforms and how creative impacts performance.
- Hands-on experience editing content for digital and paid media formats.
- Experience working with influencers, UGC, creator-led content or creative agencies is a strong plus.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate performance insights into creative improvements.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Passion for beauty, trends, and digital-first storytelling.
