Manager, Government Relations

The Manager, Government Relations role at Hudbay involves leading and executing the Company's government relations strategy to drive effective relationships with federal and provincial governments. Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in government relations, public affairs, public policy or political roles
• A university degree or post-graduate diploma in political science, public administration, public policy, or business
• Existing government contact network
• Strong knowledge of the process involved in influencing the development of government policies/legislation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
