Mechanical Engineer – Offshore Reliability

The Mechanical Engineer – Offshore Reliability will be responsible for improving the reliability and performance of offshore mechanical equipment by developing and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

Requirements

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies for offshore mechanical equipment.
• Utilize CMMS to plan, schedule, and track maintenance activities and equipment history.
• Monitor equipment performance and reliability to minimize downtime and operational risks.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend corrective actions for equipment failures.
• Support offshore maintenance teams in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company maintenance procedures.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
