Mechanical Engineer – Onshore Reliability

The Mechanical Engineer – Onshore Reliability will be responsible for improving the reliability and performance of onshore mechanical equipment by developing and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

Requirements

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for onshore mechanical equipment.
• Utilize CMMS to plan, schedule, and monitor maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Analyze equipment reliability data and recommend improvements to reduce downtime and maintenance costs.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions for equipment failures.
• Provide technical support to maintenance and operations teams for troubleshooting mechanical issues.
• Ensure compliance with company maintenance standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to enhance equipment reliability and plant efficiency.
