IT Operations Engineer

Hudson River Trading is seeking an IT Operations Engineer to join their Information Technology team, providing technical support to employees worldwide and driving automation solutions to improve scalability and efficiency.

Requirements

• Design, build, and maintain automations with code to streamline recurring IT support tasks
• Deliver responsive and in-depth technical support for end users
• Administer and support core IT platforms and SaaS tools
• Partner with Technical Procurement to ensure accurate tracking and lifecycle management of IT assets
• Maintain and improve internal documentation
• Participate in an on-call rotation for IT support coverage

Benefits

• Annual base salary range of $100,000 to $150,000
