IT Operations Engineer

Leapwork is a leading provider of AI-powered automation solutions. The company is looking for an IT Operations Engineer to support day-to-day IT operations, user lifecycle management, endpoint support, and asset management across a global environment.

Requirements

• Tech/B.E. in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent qualification
• 2–5 years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or endpoint support
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365
• Basic networking knowledge: LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP
• Experience with ticketing tools and SLA-based support e.g. JIRA
• Exposure to Intune, SCCM, Jamf, or similar endpoint tools preferred
• Understanding of Entra, MFA, access management, and device compliance
• Good communication, documentation, and ownership skills
