Salesforce QA Analyst

We are seeking a Salesforce QA Engineer with strong experience testing Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications. This role will support end-to-end testing for multiple Salesforce implementations, ensuring high-quality releases through strong functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce QA Analyst/Engineer
• Strong hands-on experience with manual testing across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or custom Salesforce implementations
• Experience writing and executing test plans, test cases, and UAT scripts
• Experience with API testing using tools such as Postman
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, functional testing, integration testing, and defect management
• Ability to work across teams including developers, admins, business analysts, and business stakeholders
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce environments
• Has exposure to Automation frameworks for testing (Playwright, CRT, Selenium)
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
• ISTQB CTFL certification or equivalent knowledge (preferred but not required)
• C1 English level: Ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively in English
