Job Description
Trustpilot is seeking a Senior Salesforce QA Analyst to join their Go-to-Market Technology department. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building robust and scalable automated testing frameworks, a strong background in modern Salesforce QA practices, and a proactive approach to operational excellence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce QA
- Certifications: Salesforce Certified Associate or Administrator—Provar certifications or Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I
- Extensive experience with Automation Testing tooling, Salesforce Lightning Experience, and validating Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Demonstrated proficiency in end-to-end QA methodologies, including functional, regression, UAT, and integration testing
- Strong understanding of testing Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk) and complex data flows between systems
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules) and how to validate these programmatically
- Proficiency in using tools such as VS Code, Salesforce CLI, Git, and ALM tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions regarding quality and explain complex defects to non-technical stakeholders
- A leadership mindset, helping to support colleagues with development and mentoring other QA engineers
- A proactive and flexible mindset, ready to take the lead in a dynamic environment and champion the "Quality First" culture
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a quality focus on building maintainable, scalable automation scripts
