Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce QA, with a proven track record of maintaining and scaling testing automation suite.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions regarding quality and explain complex defects to non-technical stakeholders.
- A leadership mindset, helping to support colleagues with development and mentoring other QA engineers.
- A proactive and flexible mindset, ready to take the lead in a dynamic environment and champion the 'Quality First' culture.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a quality focus on building maintainable, scalable automation scripts.
