Director, National Accounts

The Director, National Accounts will play a central role in shaping Hugel’s national accounts strategy, commercial model, and long-term growth in the U.S. This is a high-impact leadership role for a strategic, execution-driven sales leader who wants to be part of building something meaningful.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in medical aesthetics, pharma, or medical device (aesthetics strongly preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of successful sales management.
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams.
• Demonstrated success in national or strategic accounts and complex enterprise selling.
• Experience working with multi-site groups, PE-backed platforms, MSOs, or IDNs.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into commercial results.
• Comfortable operating in a high-growth, fast-paced, build-from-scratch environment.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and comfort using data and analytics tools to manage pipeline and account performance.
• Ability to travel up to 60%
