We are seeking a Marketing Manager to build and execute our Canadian marketing strategy during a pivotal phase of commercial growth. This role will be responsible for shaping commercial strategy, strengthening brand presence, and driving demand across our aesthetic portfolio.
Requirements
- Drive brand positioning, messaging, and campaign execution across multiple channels
- Develop programs to drive consumer awareness, customer adoption, and empowers sales team to be successful with customers
- Partner closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory to ensure compliant, effective go-to-market strategies
- Oversee product launches, lifecycle management, and portfolio optimization
- Leverage data and insights to guide decision-making, measure performance, and continuously improve impact
- Product management including forecasting, demand planning, market research, ROI analysis
- Manage agency partners, budgets, and vendor relationships with strong financial discipline
