Hughes Brothers Construction is hiring for the Hillman position, a key member of the underground utility crew. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to read grade stakes and use measuring tools
- Strong understanding of trench safety and excavation practices
- Basic knowledge of pipe installation processes
- Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift to 40 pounds
- Strong understanding of construction principles and procedures
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- English and Spanish fluency a plus, but not required
