Job Description
Member E-Services Representative will assist members through electronic communication channels, providing timely and accurate support for account-related inquiries and transactions, while delivering an excellent digital service experience and ensuring compliance with security protocols.
Requirements
- Assist members through digital channels with inquires related to accounts, memberships, and credit union services.
- Respond to electronic communications promptly and professionally.
- Open new accounts and process account closures in accordance with member requests and established procedures.
- Verify member identities to mitigate fraud and protect against identity theft.
- Process payments, deposits, and transfers accurately using the core system.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion.
