Requirements
- Construction industry experience (3+ years) with time spent on or around jobsites
- Deep fluency with the contech landscape
- AI literacy beyond using ChatGPT
- Exceptional communication skills
- Comfort with heavy travel (60–80%) to jobsites across the country
