Job Description
The Financial Controller reports to the CFO and assists in the planning and coordinating accounting operations for company entities, interfacing daily with construction and property management to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of financial information.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 7+ years progressive experience in accounting and finance
- 3+ years' experience supervising direct reports
- Experience with intercompany financial statements and financial reporting
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem solving skills
- Experience working with multiple legal entities under a Corporate Trust
- Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 and accounting software
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times
