Talent Operations & Recruitment Specialist (Remote, Contract)

Talent Operations & Recruitment Specialist role in a remote, AI-first company. Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment activities, HR systems maintenance, and performance tracking. Requirements

• 2-4+ years experience as HR Generalist, HR Associate, with Recruitment and HR Operations
• Comfortable working in an AI-led environment, with AI tool experience
• Skilled in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and pipeline management using AI-enhanced platforms
• Strong HR admin experience: contracts, onboarding, probation tracking, HRIS, policy creation, engagement, and performance tracking
• Strong onboarding and performance management experience: new hires, and performance agility
• Familiar with ATS / HRIS tools (Workable, Lever, Breezy, Skillspot AI, etc.) and Google Workspace
• Excellent communicator across time zones and cultures
• Detail-driven and highly organized, leveraging AI for documentation, scheduling, and workflow automation
• Thrives in a remote-first, fast-moving workplace
