Requirements

2-4+ years experience as HR Generalist, HR Associate, with Recruitment and HR Operations.
Comfortable working in an AI-led environment, with AI tool experience.
Skilled in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and pipeline management using AI-enhanced platforms.
Strong HR admin experience: contracts, onboarding, probation tracking, HRIS, policy creation, engagement, and performance tracking.
Strong onboarding and performance management experience: new hires, and performance agility.
Familiar with ATS / HRIS tools (Workable, Lever, Breezy, Skillspot AI, etc.) and Google Workspace.
Excellent communicator across time zones and cultures.
Detail-driven and highly organized, leveraging AI for documentation, scheduling, and workflow automation.

Benefits

Compensation: Monthly retainer: USD $1,000–$1,500, depending on experience and scope of engagement. Paid monthly in USD via bank transfer.
