Job Description
The Maintenance Trades Helper position is responsible for the operation and maintenance of boilers, chillers, energy management systems, and associated equipment.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Three (3) years of maintenance experience
- Two (2) years' experience in a boiler room
- Ability to operate building automation systems
- Current license as a Stationary Engineer, First Grade
- Refrigeration certification
- Valid driver's license
