Job Description
Maintains ownership and accountability of all Order Management process steps of a sales order for distributed products and performs administrative functions pertaining to the operation of the company and the safety of company personnel.
Requirements
- Effectively review customer purchase order details and order hand-off information
- Input sales orders for distributed products for all product verticals into systems of record
- Prepare and distribute paperwork for shipment
- Routinely communicate with external suppliers
- Send Sales Order Acknowledgement to the customer and communicate order updates
- Assist with changes/updates to sales orders and purchase orders
- Responsive to customers through prompt follow-up to order need, inquiries and non-technical problem resolution
- Engage necessary resources to resolve order fulfillment issues when they arise
