Painter

Painter position at U.S. Facilities, Inc. in Philadelphia, PA. Responsible for interior and exterior painting, repairing and maintaining facilities.

Requirements

• Repaint damage or deteriorated surfaces
• Paint new work installed by others
• Touch up painted areas
• Clean and prep painted areas
• Make light carpentry/masonry repairs in preparation for area to be painted
• Install ceiling tiles, floor tiles, walls/base trim in areas as assigned
