Painter

U.S. Facilities, Inc. is seeking a Painter for our Philadelphia, PA location. The painter will be responsible for interior and exterior painting and re-painting of walls and ceilings.

Requirements

• Repaint damage or deteriorated surfaces
• Paint new work installed by others
• Touch up painted areas
• Clean and prep painted areas
• Make light carpentry/masonry repairs in preparation for area to be painted.
• Install ceiling tiles, floor tiles, walls/base trim in areas as assigned
