Job Description
We are seeking a Spa Coordinator to support and lead the daily operations of our luxurious spa, ensuring seamless coordination of guest experiences from appointment scheduling through checkout.
Requirements
- Proven experience in spa, hospitality, retail sales, or customer service environment
- Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and cash handling protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques, upselling strategies, and stock replenishment processes
- Excellent phone etiquette with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the spa for extended periods
- Willingness to obtain Food Handlers and TABC Certificates
