The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for managing facility maintenance software programs, purchase orders, and external invoicing, creating and maintaining work orders, organizing maintenance documentation, and taking warranty opportunities.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Maintenance Coordinator/Service Advisor role preferred
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong computer proficiency – Microsoft Office, Outlook, previous Fleet Management System experience preferred
- Understanding of the Occupational Health & Safety Act and employee responsibilities under it
- Valid G Class driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
- Willingness to work additional hours during peak times, as needed
