Job Description
The Drug and Alcohol Case Management Specialist position is responsible for providing comprehensive service coordination to individuals and families across Allegheny County. The specialist will work with clients to develop individualized service plans, provide face-to-face support, and coordinate with behavioral health providers and other community supports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, Nursing, Criminal Justice, or a related field (Master's Degree preferred)
- Two years of experience in case management, behavioral health, or a related field
- Knowledge of mental health and addiction treatment principles
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and access to a personal vehicle with current insurance coverage
