Lead Solution Architect

Become a Lead Solution Architect within Digital Platforms to design and deliver scalable solutions for consumer-facing products across omni-channels. Apply a range of architectural tools and technologies, including AI and generative AI, to meet business and experience needs. Partner closely with Product, Engineering, UX, Enterprise AI, and Enterprise Architecture teams to deliver reusable, secure, and production-ready solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, platform architecture, or software architecture
• Proven experience designing and delivering scalable digital platform solutions in production environments
• Hands-on experience applying AI or generative AI within enterprise digital solutions
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and integration patterns, API-driven and service-oriented architectures, LLMs, generative AI concepts, and common enterprise AI patterns
• Experience working in cross-functional environments with product, engineering, UX, and platform teams
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across organizational boundaries
