The Lead Global Solutions Architect is responsible for the solution design, architecture, and support of systems, services, and applications that provide enterprise business capabilities, technology services, data, cloud, infrastructure, and AI solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, math, engineering, MIS, or equivalent experience.
- Solution Architecture, Technology, and platform certifications (e.g., AWS, Microsoft).
- Eight years of collective experience in the technology solution design, software engineering, agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Four years of experience architecting, building, and administering complex solution architectures and technologies in both on-premises and cloud environments.
- Strong skills in analytical, critical and strategic thinking and execution.
- Ability to work independently and contribute successful project outcomes.
- Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities.
- Competence in managing conflict effectively within a project context.
- Proven ability to sell ideas and solutions to a variety of stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, relationship building, and people skills.
- Prioritization skills to meet tight deadlines.
