Paralegal

Become a Paralegal 1 and support a growing defensive litigation practice, handling subpoenas, bankruptcy proceedings, garnishments, and personal injury and medical malpractice litigation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree or Paralegal certificate.
• Minimum of 3 years of litigation paralegal experience at a law firm and/or in-house setting.
• Demonstrated experience supporting matters through all phases of litigation and with e-discovery, responding to subpoenas, bankruptcy matters, and general and professional liability litigation matters.
• Demonstrated experience in complex project management, cross-functional initiatives, data reporting/analysis, or process improvement in a matrixed environment (internal Humana experience preferred)
