Requirements

• Design, develop, and maintain Python-based backend systems.
• Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to integrate machine learning models into production systems.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services powering fintech products.
• Participate in multi-tenant service development, ensuring secure and reliable data handling.
• Ensure code quality through comprehensive unit, regression, e2e and mutation testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
• Mentor junior developers on Python development.
• Monitor and improve application performance, scalability, and security.
