Job Description
Completes initial assessments, coordinates clinical services, and performs psychotherapy, group, and family therapy as needed.
Requirements
- Completes initial assessments to establish master treatment goals
- Coordinates clinical services while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team
- Identifies therapeutic needs and continuum of clinical care for the clients
- Documents all services, attends treatment team meetings, and works closely with inpatient behavioral staff
- Facilitates specialized groups using evidence based interventions (CBT, DBT, movement therapy, etc)
