Job Description
The Coordinator Korean Bilingual will source and place bilingual Korean-English candidates into internships, manage the hiring process, ensure legal compliance, and support intern-employer relations and onboarding.
Requirements
- Fluency in Korean
- Proven experience as a recruiter or sales, preferably in a bilingual capacity
- Knowledge of employment practices and regulations
- Experience with HRIS systems is a plus
- Ability to generate leads through various channels for candidate sourcing
- Valid U.S. work authorization
