Job Description
The Accounting Intern will gain exposure to various areas of accounting, reporting and various aspects of the company's business through collaboration with various team members and technology tools.
Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university for the duration of the internship with a declared major in Accounting
- Major GPA of 3.0 Required
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Analytical and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to pay close attention to detail, work independently.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Motivation and a strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible in an environment with complex transactions and willingness to ask questions/request support when needed.
