Job Description
The Maintenance Director is responsible for maintaining the physical condition of assets in a safe, attractive, and comfortable condition. They are accountable for achieving financial operation and maintenance metrics and supervise personnel to ensure compliance with all maintenance related policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or other related discipline
- 5 or more years' experience in building maintenance
- Previous experience managing other people is highly desirable
- Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance
- EPA Certification, EPA HVAC Certification, OSHA-10 Training, and a valid Driver's License
