Job Description
The Maintenance Director is responsible for maintaining the physical condition of assets in a safe, attractive, and comfortable condition. The position involves supervising personnel, assigning maintenance tasks, and preparing work schedules. The Maintenance Director must ensure compliance with all maintenance-related policies and provide technical guidance to subordinate personnel.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a focus in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or other related discipline
- 5 or more years' experience in building maintenance
- Previous experience managing is highly desirable
- Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance trades/skills
- EPA Certification
- OSHA-10 Training
- Driver's License
