Maintenance Director responsible for maintaining grounds, building, and equipment at The Addison of Alpharetta, a Sonida Senior Living community.
Requirements
- Experience in maintenance preferred
- Familiarity with techniques of minor repair and maintenance for structural, electrical, plumbing, security and heating and cooling systems required
- Experience in building safety and hazard reduction preferred
