Job Description
The Maintenance Technician I will provide general maintenance to rental housing, performing routine repairs in areas such as air conditioning, water heaters, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and other building maintenance areas.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) with training and or experience in the building maintenance trades
- 1-3 years experience in building maintenance
- General knowledge of the maintenance trades such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
- HVAC STRONGLY IDEAL
- Able to work outside in all weather conditions and perform physical work
- Able to lift weights of up to 50 pounds regularly and above 50 pounds occasionally
- Valid Driver's License
