Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide general maintenance to rental housing. The role involves performing skilled work in one or more trades, responding to service requests, and maintaining equipment. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in building maintenance and a high school diploma or equivalent.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years experience in building maintenance
- General knowledge of the maintenance trades such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
- Able to work outside in all weather conditions and perform physical work
- Basic Computer knowledge
