Job Description
The Maintenance Technician I will provide general maintenance to rental housing, perform work to get rental unit ready during change of occupancy, and troubleshoot and repair routine issues in areas such as HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years experience in building maintenance
- General knowledge of maintenance trades such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions and perform physical work
- Basic Computer knowledge
- Reliable and dependable attendance and punctuality
