Job Description
Maintenance Technician II provides general and specialized maintenance to rental housing. Performs skilled work in one or more trades, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. May work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED with advanced training in a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in residential maintenance
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance and specialized knowledge in one or more trades/skills
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions and perform physical work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
