Job Description
The Maintenance Technician II provides general and specialized maintenance to rental housing, performing skilled work in trades such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and locksmith. The role requires working outdoors in all weather conditions, as well as in attics and crawl spaces.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) with advanced training
- 4-6 years of experience in residential maintenance
- Certification in one or more skilled trades or other related subject
- Valid Driver's License
- EPA 608 Certification within 180 days
